AND APPOINTs KURT TERNEGG AS NEW CEO

Start of a new phase of growth

Brunn am Gebirge, December 16, 2025 – The founders and owners of Greenwood Power GmbH announce that Kurt Ternegg has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth. He assumes the role at a time when the energy transition requires not only technological innovation, but also strategic clarity, courage, and strong leadership.

With Kurt Ternegg, we have succeeded in recruiting an experienced and successful CEO and industry manager. With him, we are sending a signal—both internally and externally.”

Since its founding in 2017, founder Norbert Juschicz has developed Greenwood Power into an internationally active technology company with locations in Austria, Hungary, and the USA. Today, the company employs around 85 people, has sold over 1.2 million sensors worldwide, and generates approximately EUR 8 million in revenue.

With the expansion of the management team, Norbert Juschicz, as Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), will focus on innovation projects, strategic partnerships, and major international customers. CEO Kurt Ternegg will concentrate on scaling the business, internationalization, and technological excellence.

Together, Greenwood Power is driving the next phase of growth, aiming to shape the energy infrastructure of the future while further strengthening its position as a leader in innovation, technology, and quality.
